Returns & Exchanges
For any returns or exchanges the following criteria must be met:
- The item(s) must be unworn, have no damage done to the item(s), & in the same condition as when you received the item(s).
- The item(s) must be eligible for a return (all Bath & Body products, gift cards, & sale items are final sale)
Exchanges
Our exchange window is 30 days. Depending on when & where you purchased the item(s) the window begins at different times:
- In store purchases- window begins on date of purchase.
- Online purchase with shipping directly to you- window begins on date the package goes out for delivery.
- Online purchase with In Store Pick Up- window begins on date you receive confirmation email stating your purchase is ready to be picked up.
Returns
Our window for a full refund return is 7 days. Depending on when & where you purchased the item(s) the window begins at different times:
- In store purchases- window begins on date of purchase.
- Online purchase with shipping directly to you- window begins on date package goes out for delivery.
- Online purchase with In Store Pick Up- window begins on date you receive confirmation email stating your purchase is ready to be picked up.
Any return for a full refund must be made within the 7 day window otherwise we are not able to issue a full refund.
If the 7 day returns window passes but you are still in the 30 day exchange window, we can offer you an exchange on your item or a store credit for the amount of the item(s) + tax. Your shipping will not be refunded.
To complete your in store return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Bring your item(s) and proof of purchase into the store within the 7 day return window or 30 day exchange window to complete the return or exchange.
To complete your online order return or exchange, please contact us via our Facebook Page, Ana Blair's Boutique, LLC, and we will help you from there.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email confirmation. Returns are given as credit that is applied to your credit card, in store credit in the form of a gift card or a coupon code, or you will receive cash back (in store only).
*Please allow a 3-5 business days for the payment to appear in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, double check your account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded/returned. Sale items cannot be refunded/returned.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will be able to pick up a gift certificate in store, or a code will be issued to you to use on the online store.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
